Fully Customized Website

When so much of our time spent online is filtered through various social media platforms, a business owner might wonder if they really need a dedicated business website. Yet even in the age of social media, a well-optimized website is essential for reaching a wider audience and better serving your existing customer base. Not only does a high-quality business website drive sales, generate leads, and increase SEO scores, it also gives your business a sense of credibility and professionalism that simply cannot be matched by just having a Facebook page! Our team will design a fully featured website that is safe, secure, and stylish!  

Step One: Deposit

$200 deposit required to get started – this is an annual recurring fee that will automatically charge you every year on the same date with the same payment method so that your website is protected and online. This fee covers the annual costs for the following:

  • your domain (normally $15-$20 per year)
  • hosting (normally between $60 and $100 per year, or more depending on the server)
  • SSL certificate, allows your site to be considered “safe” (normally $125 per year)
  • annual basic update by our team (normally $99)
  • annual backup of your site by our team (normally $50)

*If you plan to allow us to build this for you, do NOT go buy a new domain. We can only offer this low price for websites that are on OUR hosting plan and if you buy it now, we would have to wait at least 30 days to transfer it and work on it. If you already own a domain, and it isn’t new, we can transfer it easily. Just so that it is clear, YOU own your domain and your website, but we buy it and host it for you because it’s easier for our team and allows you to get more for your money because we get discounted rates with our server. Our contract protects you, by clearly stating that you are the owner of your domain and website.*

Step Two: Send Your Content

Fill out our Website Design form to get your content and info to us, we’ll need this form filled out in order to get started. If you have any questions about it, we can discuss that on our call, which is the next step. Step Three: Appointment

After we receive your payment and your form, you can click the link below to schedule your “strategy call” so that we can discuss what your site will look like, what will be on it, what else we would need you to send us in order to get started, and the estimated cost and completion date of your site. If you have any questions about the process or the contract, you can ask those during this call as well.

Please put WEBSITE CALL in the “Reason for Appointment” line on the booking form so that we can be best prepared for the meeting.

Step Four: Contract

This allows us to be protected to receive full payment and it protects your ownership of the domain. As our attorney always says: “all business relationships should have a contract.” After we receive your deposit and your content, we will send you a customized contract with the estimated cost for you to review and sign. Step Five: Professional Website

Now, it’s time for you to sit back and let us do the work. If we have any questions or concerns, we’ll contact you. If we need anything else, we’ll contact you. If we think it will take longer than a week, we’ll contact you. When the site is completed, we’ll ask you to take a look at it. If you want any changes made, we’ll do that until you’re satisfied (within the expectations of the contract, of course). Once you’ve confirmed that you are happy with the site and our work is done, we’ll send you the login credentials and training videos to make revisions and additions on your own, via email.

Step Six: Pay Your Balance

When this process first started, you would have received an invoice from us (after you paid your deposit) with the remaining balance due within 60 days. That email should come from Paypal. It can be paid little by little or all at once. If for any reason, you need the 60 days extended, please contact us at team@fusemarketingandmedia.com. We are happy to work with you if you need it, but we need communication if that’s the case.
